This is the evidence-based case every Academy student has to build before they're allowed to start building anything — a problem statement backed by real customer interviews, a specific target customer told as a real person's story, a local market sized and mapped against every competitor and price point, the business concept and value proposition that research actually supports, and an honest account of the single biggest question Phase 1 didn't answer. It closes by asking each student to commit to one recommendation — move forward, pivot, or start over — and name the first thing they'll build in Phase 2.
