Some people have time. Some have money. Some have a kid who needs to hear about this. All of it moves Launch Lab forward.

Become a Coach

You don't need to be a teacher. You need to be someone who's done it.

Coaches are Clark County business professionals who sit in the room with students every single session — not occasionally, every time. You're there for a student's first pricing decision, their first sale, the front row at Pitch Night. Research is clear on why this matters: the single biggest factor in whether a young person pursues entrepreneurship is whether they personally know someone who has done it. That's the role.

What it takes:
✓ 9 sessions, about 2 hours each, September–December 2026
✓ Both public events — the Soft Launch Event and Pitch Night
✓ A background check through Protect My Ministry (WCEA covers the cost)
✓ Mandatory reporter training, provided by WCEA
✓ No teaching background needed, no industry restriction

→ Email john.chaney1970@icloud.com to apply. Coach recruitment runs now through July 2026.

Join the Founding 100

One hundred spots. $100 minimum. When they're gone, this closes — permanently.

Founding 100 members aren't just early donors. You're on record as one of the first hundred people who backed this before it had proof it would work. That means something now, and it'll mean more in five years.

What you get:
✓ Early entry to the Soft Launch Event, before the public doors open
✓ Front-row seats at Pitch Night
✓ Recognition as a Founding Member of the WCEA

Sponsor a Session or Event

If you'd rather back something specific than give generally, here's exactly where the money goes — pulled straight from our actual 2026 budget:

  • CostSession materials for the full cohort $145

  • The Soft Launch Event $145

  • Safety and compliance (background checks, training) $70

  • Pitch Night, including the $250 seed prize $400

  • Organizational infrastructure for the year $625

  • The entire first cohort, start to finish $5,565

No mystery line items. You're welcome to ask for the full budget before you commit to anything.

Tell a Clark County Teenager

Sometimes the most useful thing you can do costs nothing.

If you know a 13-to-18-year-old in Clark County with an idea — or even just some curiosity — tell them Launch Lab exists. A lot of kids who'd thrive in this program will never hear about it unless someone in their life mentions it first.

However you show up, you're building something that outlasts you.

A coach, a Founding 100 member, a sponsor, or just someone who mentioned this to the right kid — every one of those is part of how Clark County stops losing its best people.
