Program Document · Required of Every Family Before the First Session

This is the dedicated authorization that decides exactly how a student shows up in public — separated into two independent choices so a family can say yes to one and no to the other: whether their student can be photographed or filmed at all, and separately, whether their first name and business name can ever be used alongside it. It covers everything from session photos to the Soft Launch Event, Pitch Night, and Demo Day, makes clear the Academy never sells or licenses a student's image to anyone, and can be revoked in writing at any time — though not retroactively, for anything already published.
