This is the one-page case for why the Academy exists — Clark County's economic reality driving the mission, young people leaving because they can't picture a future here and not coming back once they do. It lays out the two-program path: Launch Lab launching this September, free and permanent, followed by the Academy in 2027 for those ready to go deeper. It makes the case for the model itself — real businesses instead of simulations, working professionals in the room every session, a free promise with no expiration date — and closes with four ways in: become a coach, join the Founding 100, sponsor a session or event, or simply tell a Clark County teenager this exists.
