This is the actual contract a sponsor signs, not just the pitch — what they're committing to, what WCEA commits to deliver in return, and what happens if either side falls short. It covers payment terms by sponsorship size, how sponsor materials and the WCEA brand can and can't be used, conduct expectations at Pitch Night, and termination, renewal, and force majeure provisions. Exhibit A turns the four sponsorship levels into a specific, fill-in-the-blanks benefits schedule for the individual sponsor signing it, so both sides know exactly what's promised before anyone signs.
