This is the handbook that sets the tone before Session 1 even starts — nine sessions, one fall, one real business, no test and no grade, just a real customer and a real Pitch Night. It explains exactly what coaches actually do (sitting with the whole cohort every session, not matched one-on-one), the weekly commitment structure that holds students accountable between sessions, and the contact rule in full — no exceptions, for any adult, by any method, outside of scheduled sessions. It closes by naming the real throughline: Launch Lab graduates are the natural next cohort for the Academy, so finishing this isn't an ending, it's a first step that already has a second one waiting.
