This is the keepsake and credential every Academy student receives at graduation — a year-long reflection covering who they became as an entrepreneur, the full honest story of their business including the pivots and the hardest moment, a phase-by-phase record of every milestone they hit, a tribute to their mentor relationship, a skills checklist they can point to on a college or job application, and a permanent financial record of their program year. It closes by asking graduates to write something honest for next year's incoming students, and to reflect on what staying and building in Clark County would actually take for them.
