This is the document that grows with the business instead of describing it once — nine sections running from the problem being solved through pricing, operations, and real Phase 3 revenue, ending in a Year 2 Growth Plan and a structured outline for the Demo Day pitch itself. The instructions set the tone early: blanks aren't fine, since an unanswered question here becomes a gap in front of the panel later. By Demo Day, every section is filled in with what actually happened — not what a student guessed would happen back in Phase 1.
