WCEA's Articles of Incorporation are the founding legal document that established the Winchester-Clark County Entrepreneurial Academy as a Kentucky public benefit nonprofit corporation. Ratified by the Founding Board at its organizational meeting, the Articles set out WCEA's nonprofit purpose, registered agent, and initial corporate structure — and they're the document the IRS is reviewing as part of our pending 501(c)(3) application.
