Bylaws
WCEA's Bylaws are the internal governance document that sets the actual rules for how the organization runs — board structure and size, officer roles, terms of service, meeting requirements, voting procedures, and how amendments to the Bylaws themselves get made. Adopted by the Founding Board at its organizational meeting, the Bylaws are the document the board operates under day to day, separate from the Articles of Incorporation, which establish that WCEA exists at all.
