This is the actual signed commitment every Launch Lab coach completes — contact information, a series of confirmations covering attendance (every session plus Pitch Night), written feedback timing, the full child safety standards (no outside contact, no personal social media connections, no financial transactions beyond buying a student's product at the Soft Launch Event, immediate reporting of any safety disclosure), role boundaries, and background check consent through Sterling Volunteers. It includes a table for the Program Director to record the coach's assigned students and concludes with both the coach's and Program Director's signatures confirming onboarding is complete.
