WCEA Program Framework & Curriculum Guide
Program Document · Reviewed by Every Facilitator Before Each Program Year
This is the master document that turns a year of entrepreneurship education into 48 specific sessions — what happens, in what order, and why. Four phases, three months each: Discover ends with a Market Discovery Report built on real customer interviews, Build ends with a Soft Launch Event where students sell to the public for the first time, Launch ends with a Revenue Report built on three months of actual transactions, and Pitch & Scale ends with Demo Day — a judged pitch in front of the community for a $500 seed prize. Every session lists its objectives, a minute-by-minute flow, required materials, and the specific coaching calls that come up, like when to push a student who's avoiding the hard part and when to let modest numbers stand on their own.
