John Chaney, founder of WCEA, addressed the Winchester Rotary Club to introduce Launch Lab — a free, nine-session program launching this September that gives Clark County teens ages 13 to 18 the chance to build a real business from the ground up. The talk is part of a broader effort to introduce WCEA to Clark County's civic and business community, with similar conversations planned with Kiwanis and the Elks Lodge in the weeks ahead.
