WCEA Launch Lab Enrollment Packet

This is the four-form packet every Fall 2026 student and family completes before a spot is confirmed: Student Information and Acceptance, Parent/Guardian Authorization, Emergency Contact and Medical information, and a Handbook Acknowledgment. It plainly states what families are signing up for — nine sessions of about 2.5 hours each, the Soft Launch Event and Pitch Night, completely free with no tuition or fees, at least two background-checked, mandatory-reporter-trained adults present at every session, and clear attendance expectations (missing more than two sessions risks removal from the cohort). It also collects a media release decision and makes explicit that Launch Lab is not affiliated with or run through Clark County Schools.
