This is the FAQ every parent or guardian receives before their student enrolls, answering the questions that come up most: cost (free, with a small optional materials cost under $30), the real time commitment (9 sessions at ~2 hours each, plus the Soft Launch Event and Pitch Night, about 20–22 hours total), safety at both public events, how the Academy connects to Launch Lab, and what happens if a student misses a session. The supervision section is the most detailed — it states plainly that coaches are present at every session, never contact a student outside of scheduled sessions and events through any personal channel, and never meet one-on-one under any circumstances, pointing directly to the Boundary Policy as the written rule behind it, not just an informal practice.
