Program Document · Required of Every Family at Enrollment
This is the form every family signs before their student's first session — eleven sections covering exactly what they're agreeing to: program participation and the transportation and attendance commitments it requires, a clear yes-or-no on photo and media use that never exposes personal information either way, the safety structure built on background-checked adults and the Two-Adult Rule, who's responsible for taxes and business licensing on a student's earnings, and how student revenue and prize money actually get paid — directly to a parent-held account, never through the Academy. It closes with a separate acknowledgment for higher-risk business categories like food or cosmetics, and a plain-language note on what Kentucky's open records law does and doesn't expose.
