WCEA Student Conduct and Expectations Supplement

Program Document · Read With Parent or Guardian Before Session 1 · Included in Enrollment Packet

This is the plain-language companion to the Student Code of Conduct — what's expected of every student (show up, do the work, be honest, treat everyone with respect, follow the safety rules), the three-level conduct process from a private conversation through formal warning to removal, and a clear list of what's grounds for removal outright. The second half is just as important: a student's actual rights — to know what concern was raised before action is taken, to share their side first, to have a parent informed and involved, to appeal a removal decision to the Board Chair within 10 business days, and to be treated with dignity throughout, with no public shaming or cohort announcements.
