This is the document every coach, mentor, judge, and second adult signs before they ever interact with a WCEA student — what they're agreeing to, in plain terms, role by role. It covers the child safety requirements without exception: background checks, no contact with students outside of official sessions and events under any circumstances, and the exact reporting sequence if something is disclosed — the Kentucky Child Abuse Hotline first, the Program Director immediately after. It closes with confidentiality, conduct standards, and a release of liability, so every adult who steps into this program knows precisely where the lines are before they ever meet a student.
